“Univers” means “humanity” or “world” in French.
The Univers Foundation sees the issues of aging from a global standpoint and promotes the grant programs, fostering of human resources, and international exchange programs. We would strive to contribute to enhance social welfare in the situation of aging society with a declining birthrate and depopulating society.


Research Grant Program 【Deadline is on July 31】


We would like to announce that we are now offering the Research Grant Program for this year, based on the theme “Aiming toward the healthy and spiritual enriched society.”


The programs are designed to globally support researchers and their surveys relating to the following three subjects and other studies which contribute to realize the goals of the Univers Foundation. Young researchers from various fields such as social sciences, human sciences, natural sciences, and practitioners in social welfare are welcome to apply for our grant programs.

Regarding the transition to the “Public Interest Incorporated Univers Foundation”


The foundation has received Public Interest Corporation Authorization from the prime minister effective on March 26, 2012 and we have made a new beginning as the “Public Interest Incorporated Univers Foundation,” effective on April 1, 2012.
